A 6-foot-1 senior guard, "Clayton is a big-time winner," said Gerdeman on Friday. "He has a decorated high school career from one of the state's best high school programs. His talent and character stood out to us during the recruiting process. I love his belief in our program, and we are excited to add him in the early signing period."
During his high school career, Jackson averaged 13.4 points per game while shooting 41% from three-point range. He is an accomplished player in his time as Cardinal Ritter, including winning the 2023 Class 5 State Championship.
On his way to the state championship, Jackson was named a 2023 First Team All-State member. He also made the Class 5 District 2 First Team.
